Born Victor Akajiofor-Jones, the singer who is also an author and poet has come a long way, from a troubled childhood to struggling with self-doubt and self-acceptance as it concerns pursuing music. 

He says “I remember having suicidal thoughts as a teenager. I wished I was dead because life was dealing me all the wrong cards. Now I’m looking forward to fulfilling purpose and living life at its fullest. God has always dealt kindly with me even when I had no idea and I’m grateful.
